Process – Small globules of fresh chevre rolled in herbs like rosemary, thyme, parsley & chilli flakes. Marinated in olive oil.
Flavour profile – Soft, grainy, spreadable texture with the grassy aroma of fresh goat cheese and that the oil marinade
Serving suggestions – Great snacking cheese. Best had with sourdough, crackers, pita, lavaash, on cheese boards or platters or tossed into a Mediterranean salad of your choice. The marinade forms an excellent dressing for salads.
Pairing – Crisp or citrusy or dry white wines
