Process – Cheese curd cooked in hot whey after pressing and cutting into slabs

Flavour Profile – Semi soft, squeaky, mild tangy and chewy with the aroma of mint. Non melting cheese

Serving suggestions – Best grilled or pan fried till golden served with sweet chilli sauce/ honey. Pairs perfectly with fruits like pineapple, watermelon, roasted grapes. Great on salads, sandwiches, pita pockets.
