For those who enjoy a smooth lingering mouthfeel and mild taste profile, this is the perfect cheese to go for. The charcoal coated mould lends an earthy exterior followed by a tangy paste inside.

  • Shelf Life – Best within 60 days. Once opened consume in 10 days.
  • Storage – Take out from the vacuum pack, wrap loosely in a cheese cloth/parchment paper & store in a box, in the bottom drawer of refrigerator. Moulding is natural. Edible rind.

Process – Lactic set long fermented cheese, coated with charcoal powder and aged for 3/ 4 weeks

Flavour Profile – As dramatic as might look, the flavour profile is quite smooth on the palate. A creamy smooth paste with an earthy rind.

Serving suggestions – Always a showstopper on cheese boards/ platters. Pairs well with any sweet fresh/ dry fruits/ jams & marmalades. Best served with crackers/ bread
