Process – Lactic set long fermented cheese, coated with charcoal powder and aged for 3/ 4 weeks
Flavour Profile – As dramatic as might look, the flavour profile is quite smooth on the palate. A creamy smooth paste with an earthy rind.
Serving suggestions – Always a showstopper on cheese boards/ platters. Pairs well with any sweet fresh/ dry fruits/ jams & marmalades. Best served with crackers/ bread
Pairing – Medium bodied red/ dry white wine/ cider
