Process – Cheddar cheese curds cooked, drained, pressed and salted before being pressed into
cheese wheels

Flavour Profile – Fresh and mild taste with a squeaky, chewy texture. Melts at high temperature

Serving suggestions – Great with scrambled eggs, in omelettes, sandwiches and of course poutine.
Batter fried cheese curds make for a superb snack.
