Process – Fresh soft chevre (goat cheese) shaped into logs, coated with charcoal powder and aged for 3/ 4 weeks
Flavour Profile – Citrusy, grassy paste with a crinkly earthy rind and a melt in the mouth texture. This is a favourite with French style chevre lovers
Serving suggestions – Pairs well with any sweet fresh/ dry fruits/ walnuts, jams & marmalades. Excellent on cheese platters, best served with crackers/ bread.
