Cow milk cheese
Process – Cubes of drained fetta cheese coated in mixed dried herbs like oregano, thyme, parsley & chilli flakes. Marinated in olive oil with roasted garlic.
Flavour profile – Soft texture with aroma of roasted garlic & herbs
Serving suggestions – Great snacking cheese. Best had with sourdough, crackers, pita, lavaash, on cheese boards or platters or tossed into a Mediterranean salad of your choice. The marinade forms an excellent dressing for salads.
Pairing – Dry white wine or gin
