Process – ‘Mozzare’ in Italian means ‘to tear’. Our mozzarella curds are hand stretched in hot water forming a yarn from which mozzarella balls are torn off and soaked in whey brine.
Flavour Profile – Soft, chewy, stretchy, melts very well
Serving suggestions – Great on salads like caprese, sandwiches with tomato and pesto and of course on pizzas.
Pairing – Crisp white/ sparkling/ fruity red wines/ light craft beer/ ciders
