Rose Cranberry Chevre

Made with goat milk.

Process – Fresh soft chevre (goat cheese) shaped into logs, coated with dried rose petals, cranberry,
drizzled with honey
Flavour Profile – Overall a tangy profile, it throws up a sweet surprise from the cranberry and honey,
with a lingering aroma of goat cheese and rose petals. A show stopper cheese for sure!
Serving suggestions – A showstopper and a must for cheese platter/board.
Best served with crackers and nuts.
