Refund and Returns Policy

Please note that since we use no preservatives in any of our products, they are highly perishable in nature.
We ensure the highest hygiene protocols in our entire production process, to eliminate the chance of any kind
of contamination. Our cold packaging ensures that cheeses remain in conducive temperature for 48 hours, a time
frame within which the cheese is delivered to you.

Hence products once sold are non -refundable and non – exchangeable.
However if you have received a wrong item or damaged product, please inform us within 2 hours of delivery along
with a relevant image of the concerned product. You may mail us or send a WhatsApp message with the necessary
details. We will issue a credit note that can be adjusted with your future purchase(s).
