Flavour Profile – Smooth and stretchy. Melts well. Drier compared to our hand stretched mozzarella.
Has a longer shelf life. Excellent for grating.
Serving suggestions – Best for grilled sandwiches and baked dishes. Can be used in baked recipes
and of course ideal for pizzas!
